Martine Carles is a french painter who lives and works in Provence (France). Self-taught, she has been painting for ten years and exhibits her work regularly in many galleries. She can't be classified in any school or known style. Through her painting, she shows us a world in profond disruption. The choice of her themes illustrated by the allegorical representation of the human being, of woman and of all the declinaisons of beauty - within or displayed - is always the fruit of reflection, of emotion or the desire to show her joy, passion or anger, painting being the sword arm of her sensitivity as a woman of our time.
