The Domaine de Belleval

Half an hour from Paris, the Domaine de Belleval is found on the outskirts of the Forest of Compiègne on the Picardy plateau.

With an exeptional offering of cuisine and an authentic atmosphere, this imposing inn also possesses 250 hectares of woods and fields.

Here, we live with the rhythms of nature. The Domaine de Belleval has remained faithful to its agricultural origins throughout the centuries. The plowshare, harrow, kennel, and barn for a natural part of the environment.

You will eat in the old stable, carfully restored and flanked by a huge fireplace which is still in use. Everything is clean, simple, warm, and the friendly staff is always attentive. The most astonishing aspect is found on the plate. Why? Because the cuisine is created fresh from the expertly tended products of the farm.

We offer a selection of meat dishes including wild boar and a wide variety of venison... not to mention our specialty: venison à la sauce Belleval!
