Great artists have participated to the decoration of our restaurant. Jean-Jacques and Albert Erny, woodcarvers coming from the long tradition of Alsace, have made the woodworks from 1956 to 1958. In particular they are the artists of the following rooms:

The Métiers room on the first floor with all the woodworks and sculpted panels depicting the human activities.

The Provinces room on the second floor with sculpted panels depicting the main regions of France.

The Colmar room, the most worked one. You can find out the main characters of the local history: Roesselmann, Schongauer, Grünewald, Schwendi, Rapp, Bruat, Pfeffel, Bartholdi et Hansi. The other designs of this room, woodworks, pilasters, coats of arms and other symbols come from the decorative tradition of Alsace.
