La Brasserie du Belvedere

   Espagnol Français

Traditional French cuisine, created with kosher products, can be found at the very Parisian Brasserie du Belvédère, situated in the Etoile quarter (Champs Elysées), between the Arc de Triomphe and the Hotels Concorde-Lafayette and Méridien.interior

Nothing is missing from the 1930's decor of this charming establishment: mirrors, brass, and woodwork, white tablecloths and silver utensils create a warm and intimate atmosphere year-round, but particularly in the summer when the air conditioning permits you to rest comfortably.

Concerning the cuisine, the Brasserie du Belvédère offers a new menu, specializing in fish - including the unforgettable "Feuillantine Bord de Mer" - and concerning pultry: superb duck dishes, an exceptional house foie gras, and roasted pultry livers. You will also find tournedos Rossini, and the only kosher saurkraut in Paris, served with our famous dill pickles.

Today, in effect, the quantity and quality of our kosher products permits a refined cuisine, played without a false note on every range of flavors: no subtly is mission from our repertoire!

Yet at the Brasserie, no one forgets the scene while they are eating; here, decoration and presentation are well established traditions - in fact, some clients hesitate to begin their dessert! But for those who dare, they receive a grand, palatable pleasure.

An excellent address to keep for your trip to Paris, don't leave home without it!

The wines taken for our cave are subjected to a rigorous selection. At this time, kosher wines are experiencing some success, and the demand is growing. Here, only the best are included on the menu: the grands crus of Bordeaux - Saint Estephe, Saint Emilien, Château Labégorces-Margaux - and the surprisingly fine wine of the Golan Isrealis.

Our Champagnes have the prestigious names of Deutz, Laurant Perrier, and Piper-Heidsick.

Finally, you will find the prices reasonable. Lunch and dinner can be had for around 250FF ($50), and Visa is accepted.

Don't deprive yourself of the Parisian experience at the Brasserie du Belvédère!

The Brasserie de Belvédère is 10 minutes from the Opéra by taxi and three minutes from the Arc de Triomphe.
